    Abstract: A thin film transistor includes a gate electrode embedded in an insulating layer that overlies a substrate, a gate dielectric overlying the gate electrode, an active layer comprising a compound semiconductor material and overlying the gate dielectric, and a source electrode and drain electrode contacting end portions of the active layer. The gate dielectric may have thicker portions over interfaces with the insulating layer to suppress hydrogen diffusion therethrough. Additionally or alternatively, a passivation capping dielectric including a dielectric metal oxide material may be interposed between the active layer and a dielectric layer overlying the active layer to suppress hydrogen diffusion therethrough.

The control device obtains a displacement speed of the lifting mechanism according to the displacement amount, and judges whether the lifting mechanism is overloaded or not according to the displacement speed. When the control device judges that overloading occurs, the control device controls the driving device to stop driving the lifting mechanism so as to improve the use safety of the forklift.

The optical fiber has a plurality of notches, and such notches are located on the side surface of the optical fiber. The noble metal nanoparticle layer is located at the notch. As a result, when a light is launched into the optical fiber, a detecting unit can be used to detect a localized plasmon resonance signal which is generated by the interaction between the noble metal nanoparticle layer and the light.
