    Abstract: A charge pump includes a first capacitor, a first switch with adjustable on-state resistance, a second switch, a third switch, a fourth switch, a feedback loop, and an oscillator. The first switch is coupled between a first electrode of the first capacitor and an output node. The second switch is coupled between a second electrode of the capacitor and ground. The third switch is coupled between an input node and the second electrode of the capacitor. The fourth switch with adjustable on-state resistance is coupled between the input node and the first electrode of the capacitor. The feedback loop monitors a regulated voltage of the output node and generates a control signal to regulate resistances of the first, fourth switches. The oscillator generates a first and second pulse signals to switch the open and close states of the first, third switches and the second, fourth switches, respectively.

    Abstract: The present embodiments provide a system for graphically rendering an object. This system operates first by pre-processing a geometry mesh for the object offline, wherein the geometry mesh is partitioned into a set of patches, and wherein each patch is bounded by a bounding box. The system then builds a multi-resolution representation for each of the set of patches. Next, during real time rendering, the system deforms the bounding boxes associated with the set of patches through superposition of object motions in each frame weighted by a set of predetermined mesh-skinning parameters. For each deformed bounding box, the system computes a geometry level-of-detail (LOD) value based on a projected area of the deformed bounding box in screen space. The system next deforms the object through a set of mesh skinning operations. The system then renders the deformed object based on the computed geometry LOD values for the set of patches and the multi-resolution representation for the geometry mesh.

    Abstract: A DC/DC voltage converter includes a charge pump circuit including a pump capacitor coupling at an output node, a switching device for switching the charge pump circuit between a first phase and a second phase, and an adjustable resistor for adjusting a magnitude of the output voltage at the second phase, wherein at the first phase, a current flows to charge the pump capacitor, and at the second phase, said current flows from the pump capacitor to the output node. A feedback loop circuitry is electrically coupling with the charge pump circuit for generating a control signal to the adjustable resistor to control the output voltage at the output node in a constant manner when said current is increased. Therefore, the voltage converter is adapted to perform good load regulation ability to prevent variations and fluctuations in the output voltage corresponding to load variations and fluctuations.
