Abstract: Provided are a method and an apparatus for receiving a query including a sequence of words. The sequence of words is converted into a sequence of feature vectors. A semantic meaning of the sequence of words is generated using a bi-directional long-short term memory (LSTM). The LSTM is regularized using a Gaussian mixed model (GMM) based on the generated semantic meaning of the sequence of feature vectors.

Abstract: A method and user device for determining a unified Parkinson's disease rating scale (UPDRS) value associated with a user of the user device include obtaining video data associated with a movement of a body part of the user. The UPDRS value is determined using a model and the video data associated with the movement of the body part of the user. The UPDRS value is provided to permit an evaluation of the user based on the UPDRS value.
Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure provide an insulation monitoring device applied to a power system and a power system. The power system includes at least one power electronic converter module. The insulation monitoring device includes an insulation component, a signal source, an impedance module, and a monitoring module. The insulation component at least partially wraps around the power electronic converter module. The signal source is electrically coupled to a circuit node in the power electronic converter module, the impedance module is connected between the signal source and the insulation component, and the monitoring module is configured to monitor an insulation resistance value of the insulation component, so that an insulation state of the power electronic converter module may be determined.
Abstract: The present invention discloses a power system reliability assessment method considering optimized scheduling of cascade hydropower stations, by which the reliability of the power system is improved, comprising following steps: establishing power system optimization models; inputting the sequential wind speed, runoff and load data within 24h; in accordance with reliability parameters of units and by the sequential Monte Carlo method, sampling the state durations of three kinds of units and segmenting the state durations on a 24-hour cycle; calculating the sequential output of wind farms within 24h according to wind speed data and the state of wind power units; calculating the hourly loss-of-load, according to the state of wind power units and thermal power units as well as the optimization models; optimizing for 365 days according to the method described in the step 4, and calculating reliability indices; and determining convergence or not, and if not, continuously repeating the steps S3 to S7 until convergen

In the information sending method, a first base station determines a first time adjustment parameter and a second time adjustment parameter; the first base station sends the first time adjustment parameter and the second time adjustment parameter to a terminal device. According to the solution provided in this application, the base station provides a plurality of time adjustment parameters for the terminal device to perform uplink signal timing, so as to provide flexible and efficient uplink subframe scheduling for the base station, thereby meeting various requirements for uplink timing.

The disclosed physiological parameter processing method avoids disadvantages caused by relying on a single physiological signal.

Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a shift register unit and a threshold voltage compensation method thereof, a driving circuit and a display apparatus. The shift register unit includes a cascaded output circuit coupled to a pull-up node, a clock signal input terminal, and a cascaded signal output terminal. The shift register unit is configured to transmit a clock signal from the clock signal input terminal to the cascaded signal output terminal under control of the pull-up node.
