The first fold grating is disposed in the waveguide layer. The first light passes through the first fold grating to form a first diffracted light in a first direction and a second diffracted light in a second direction. The isolation layer includes a first well array and is disposed on the waveguide layer. When the first diffracted light in the first direction travels to a first top portion corresponding to the first well array of the waveguide layer, the first diffracted light further passes through the first well array.

The first OPC unit is configured to perform a first OPC procedure on whole of the photomask layout. The second OPC unit is configured to perform a second OPC procedure on the defect pattern of the photomask layout to enhance an exposure tolerance window. The output unit is configured to output the photomask layout which is corrected.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a method comprising (a) obtaining a single cell gene expression profile comprising gene expression measurements for a set of genes, for a plurality of cells, and a single cell protein expression profile comprising protein expression measurements for two or more proteins, for the plurality of cells; (b) using the single cell protein expression profiles and an unsupervised learning method to assign a cell type class to at least some of the plurality of cells; and(d) applying a feature selection process to the single gene expression profiles to identify genes in the single cell gene expression profiles that are predictive of the cell type classes assigned in step (b), wherein the genes identified in step (d) form a predictor set of genes for predicting the cell type of one or more cells.

    Abstract: Medical device systems and methods are disclosed herein for assessing motor symptoms in Parkinson's disease patients through passively and/or actively acquired sensor data of motor behaviors and generating motor system assessments. Passive movement data and/or active motor performance data collected from Parkinson's disease patients is representative of EQ-5D-5L, PDQ-39, and/or MDS-UPDRS health status measurement data to more accurately predict quality of life, health status, and disease severity of Parkinson's disease patients. The generated motor system assessment may be used to provide neurologists and other health professionals with more accurate treatment recommendations and disease management protocols rather than using patient surveys alone.

For example, some aspects describe computational optimization and participatory design of a novel spatial working memory task for clinical trials relating to autism spectrum disorders (ASD) or other neurological conditions (e.g., Alzheimer's disease). Software tools as described herein may be used for measuring treatment effects on spatial working memory and/or provide treatments to improve a patient's spatial working memory.
