    Abstract: An optical proximity correction (OPC) device and method is provided. The OPC device includes an analysis unit, a reverse pattern addition unit, a first OPC unit, a second OPC unit and an output unit. The analysis unit is configured to analyze a defect pattern from a photomask layout. The reverse pattern addition unit is configured to provide a reverse pattern within the defect pattern. The first OPC unit is configured to perform a first OPC procedure on whole of the photomask layout. The second OPC unit is configured to perform a second OPC procedure on the defect pattern of the photomask layout to enhance an exposure tolerance window. The output unit is configured to output the photomask layout which is corrected.

The method includes: in response to receipt of a signal set from a connector, determining whether the connector is connected with a storage device based on the signal set; when affirmative, identifying the storage device based on the signal set; operating in a mode corresponding to a result of identification; generating a determination result representing an operating status of the storage device based on the signal set; and outputting a control signal corresponding to the determination result to the LED.

    Abstract: The present invention discloses a route guiding system and a method thereof. The route guiding system in accordance with the present invention determines whether a user is approaching a crossway point based on the user's current position. In case the user is determined to approach a crossway point, other crossway points having a road connecting to this crossway point and scenic spots along such crossway points are searched from the electronic map. Finally, such roads connecting to these crossway points and relevant information concerning these scenic spots are displayed. In this fashion, the user can move randomly for promenade along the streets according to the scenic spot information displayed on the route guiding system without specifically setting any destination.
