Abstract: An indicator light detection system includes a detection module and a processing module. The detection module is configured to sense a color of a first indicator light to receive a first color signal. The detection module is further configured to output a first detection signal corresponding to the first color signal. The processing module includes a resolving unit, a comparison unit, and a display unit. The resolving unit is configured to resolve the first detection signal to a first detection value. The comparison unit is configured to compare the first detection value with a first reference value. The display unit is configured to display information when the first detection value is equal to the first reference value. An indicator light detection method is also provided.

The detection unit includes a first detection terminal and a second detection terminal. The south bridge chip is electrically coupled to the first detection terminal and is configured to detect a detection signal and receive a direct current (DC) voltage via a first resistor. The switch circuit is configured to receive the detection signal, and output a first control signal to the south bridge chip according to the detection signal.

Abstract: A universal serial bus (USB) jack includes a case and an installation portion located in the case. The case is configured to receive a USB plug and includes a top wall and a bottom wall opposite to the top wall. The installation portion has a top surface facing the top wall and a bottom surface facing the bottom wall. A pair of coupling pins is attached to each of the top surface and the bottom surface. The two pairs of coupling pins are configured to couple to a pair of connecting pins of the USB plug in two opposite directions. The patent disclosure further discloses a USB plug which can be coupled to the USB jack and a USB connector assembly.
