The apparatus includes a filter circuit connected to an element to be detected and configured to filter signals from the element to be detected; a differential amplification circuit connected to the filter circuit and configured to amplify the filtered signals; and a processor connected to the differential amplification circuit and configured to process the amplified signals.

Abstract: A front cover assembly includes a frame, a cover glass, and a waterproof glue. The frame has a receiving cavity. The cover glass is partially received in the frame. The cover glass has a lateral face facing the frame. The cover glass has a step portion located at the lateral face. A first gap is defined between a first face of the step portion of the cover glass and a first wall of the frame, and a second gap is defined between a second face of the step portion of the cover glass and a second wall of the frame. A waterproof glue fills the first and second gaps. The first and second faces of the step portion from an obtuse angle therebetween, which faces the first and second walls of the frame. Abstract: Example HARQ-based transmission methods and apparatus are provided, to meet transmission requirements of different services. In one example method, a network device receives a QoS parameter that is of a service corresponding to a service request and that is delivered by a core network device. The network device determines, based on the QoS parameter of the service, a HARQ configuration parameter corresponding to the service, and notifies the HARQ configuration parameter to the terminal device. Therefore, when different services are transmitted between the network device and the terminal device, different HARQ configuration parameters are configured for different services, and data transmission and retransmission of a service are performed based on a configured HARQ configuration parameter, so that transmission requirements of different services can be met.

Further activity may include initiating sampling of the fluid into another one of the set of fluid sampling 5 chambers, wherein the fluid sampling chambers are configured to sample the fluid in the sampling line in a selected sequence, such that filling a prior fluid sampling chamber as part of the sequence enables sampling in the next fluid sampling chamber as part of the sequence, and wherein the closure mechanisms comprise individual check valves 10 and a common diversion valve or individual diversion valves. Abstract: Provide are a liquid crystal compound represented by formula I, and a liquid crystal mixture comprising the compound A lateral trifluoromethyl-containing liquid crystal compound having the structural characteristics of Formula I not only has a negative dielectric anisotropy (??), an appropriate optical anisotropy (?n), a higher clearing point (CP), a prominent low-temperature miscibility with other liquid crystals, and a low rotary viscosity (?1), but also has a good stability to UV and high temperatures, particularly, a negative dielectric anisotropy. Same can be applied to the formulation of liquid crystal compositions of positive and negative types, and it is particularly prominent that same has the advantages of a good solubility at low temperatures and a high transmittance.

A first update request message sent by a second network device is received by a first network device. The first update request message carries network slice requirement information. The network slice requirement information is used to indicate that a network resource of a first network slice needs to be updated to a first network resource. A second network resource that can be actually provided for the first network slice is determined by the first network device based on the first update request message. An update acknowledgement message is sent by the first network device to the second network device. The update acknowledgement message is used to instruct to update the network resource of the first network slice based on the second network resource.

Extent input/output information pertaining to an extent on a storage device is received, by a computer, where the extant input/output information includes an access rate of data stored on the extent. The computer determines one or more periods of time where the input/output information exceeds a preconfigured threshold. The computer generates one or more of a first policy and a second policy based on the determined one or more periods where the first policy includes allocating the extent to a high performance disk within a tier storage system when data is stored during the determined periods and the second policy includes reallocating the extent from a low performance disk within the tier storage system to a high performance storage device within the tier storage system during the one or more determined periods.

An acoustic logging tool for making measurements of a substrate surrounding a borehole with a body insertable in the borehole is also provided. The body includes an acoustic detector and a dipole source as above, along the axial length. The acoustic logging tool may include a control unit to process data collected from the acoustic detector and obtain information about the substrate surrounding the borehole.

Abstract: The present invention discloses a method for the preparation of skipjack tuna extract having hypouricemic effect and the use thereof, which is simple in processing operations, low in production cost, and is free from pollution. The prepared skipjack tuna extract has a potent hypouricemic effect, and has a significant therapeutic effect on hyperuricemia, with no toxic and side effects. The method in an example of the present invention comprises: pretreating skipjack tuna to obtain a skipjack tuna slurry; enzymolysing the skipjack tuna slurry to obtain a crude enzymolysis liquid; removing fishy smell and bitter taste, removing impurities by activated charcoal, and filtering to obtain a refinded enzymolysis liquid; concentrating under vacuum and spray-drying to obtain the skipjack tuna extract. The present invention further discloses use of the skipjack tuna extract in health care products or food products.

Abstract: Aspects of the present disclosure provide an apparatus and methods for operating the same that can improve out-of-sync and radio link failure handling in a W-CDMA network. A user equipment (UE) establishes a packet switched (PS) connection between the UE and a base station, wherein the PS connection includes a Fractional Dedicated Physical Channel (F-DPCH). The UE configures an in-sync threshold (Qin) and an out-of-sync threshold (Qout) for the F-DPCH, wherein values of the Qin and Qout are set higher than those of corresponding Qin and Qout of a Dedicated Physical Channel (DPCH). The UE further estimates a downlink (DL) Signal to Interference Ratio (SIR) based on one or more transmit power control (TPC) commands of the F-DPCH, and determines whether to release the PS connection based on a comparison of the estimated SIR and Qout of the F-DPCH.
