    Abstract: A memory clock control circuit includes a voltage detection circuit and a first logic circuit. The voltage detection circuit receives a supply voltage of at least one memory, and outputs a control signal according to a comparison result of the supply voltage and at least one threshold value. The threshold value includes a first threshold value that is greater than a system reset voltage and less than a minimum operating voltage of the memory. The first logic circuit receives the control signal and a first clock signal of at least one memory controller, and outputs a first memory clock signal to the memory according to the control signal. According to the control signal, the first logic circuit outputs a clock stop signal to the memory when the supply voltage is less than the first threshold value. A method for controlling a memory clock is also provided.

    Abstract: A solid-state lidar device includes an emitting module and a receiving module. The emitting module includes a laser driver and a light emitting source. The laser driver is used to drive the light emitting source to emit a light signal. The laser driver is a high electron mobility transistor, and the light emitting source includes at least one laser diode. The receiving module is used to receive the light signal being reflected and generate an output signal according to the light signal, and the receiving module includes an avalanche photodiode. The avalanche photodiode includes a lead sulfide quantum dot colloid layer, and the lead sulfide quantum dot colloid layer is arranged on a reflection path of the light signal received by the avalanche photodiode.

The two main elastic arms extend towards the same direction with a clamping space defined between the two main elastic arms for accommodating the electronic device. The main engaging posts are respectively disposed on sides of the two main elastic arms facing each other, so that the main engaging posts extend towards the clamping space for engaging lateral surfaces of the electronic device. The two main elastic arms respectively slide along the two guiding rails, so as to fix the electronic device into the frame.

The modified paraffin wax is melted and mixed with the modified expandable graphite so that the modified expandable graphite is evenly distributed in the modified paraffin wax. With the expandable graphite, which exhibits an excellent heat transfer coefficient, the thermal conductivity of the paraffin wax is improved. The melting and solidifying rates of the paraffin wax are improved.
