The first reservoir provides a heating unit for heating up the low-temperature cooling liquid to control the temperature of the cooling liquid supplied to the at least one test socket.

They can be easily assembled without screws, which further reduce the time consumption. Moreover, the noise made as the chain works can be reduced, and a buffering function can also be provided.

    Abstract: Scheduling methods for a multi-core processor system including multiple processors are provided. First, a process to be executed is chosen from a ready queue and analyzed to obtain a power consumption value of the process to be executed. Next, an idle processor is chosen from the processors and a total power consumption value of system through which the process to be executed is being executed in the idle processor is estimated to obtain a first prediction result based on the obtained power consumption value. It is then determined whether to execute the process to be executed in the idle processor according to the first predicted value and a predetermined upper limit value. In some embodiments, the scheduling method may further provide preemption scheduling such that the process with high priority can be preferentially executed and process can flexible switch among different processor core clusters.

    Abstract: For testing a high density BGA package, a central pressure block is designed to press against the chip of the package during test in a test socket. High density socket probe causes high pressure against the package, especially the area under the chip. With the central pressure block of the present invention, the high density BGA package is prevented from deformation because the central pressure block pressing downward against the chip, which balances the pressure coming upward from the high density socket probes under the circuit board in the area under the chip.
