    Abstract: A method includes receiving, at a user equipment, a signal including cell-specific reference signals from a number of cells. Cell-specific reference signal(s) are measured from one of the cells to determine measured result(s). The user equipment, based on the measured result(s) meeting first criteria, performs interference cancelation to cancel the cell-specific reference signal(s) corresponding to the one cell from the signal. The user equipment performs the measuring and the performing the interference cancelation for additional ones of the cells until second criteria are met. The user equipment uses measured cell-specific reference signals having their interference canceled to reduce an effect of interference from corresponding cells on communications between the user equipment and a base station. A base station may store cell search information that can be sent to the user equipment to help the user equipment perform the previous method.

    Abstract: The belt ply feeder and a feeding method include: when a belt ply is conveyed to the front end of a conveying forming board, a force is exerted by a perpendicular adjustment device to drive a conveying forming board bracket to swing upward and rotate around a pivot shaft of a rack to positions at which the upper surface of the conveying forming board is tangential to the periphery of a belt ply drum. According to this arrangement, the belt ply is tangential to the belt ply drum all the time and a belt ply is in firm contact with a belt ply drum regardless of the size of the belt ply drum when wrapping the belt ply around the belt ply drum. Accordingly, the quality of tire shaping can be improved.

For subsurface regions with more complex geometries, a finite element method (“FEM”) is used. The invention combines FDM and FEM in a single computational framework (102). Mathematical coupling at interfaces between different discretization regions is accomplished by decomposing individual phase velocity into an averaged component and a correction term.

In one embodiment, the reservation signal can be used to satisfy the requirement of occupied bandwidth and continuity transmission.
