Abstract: A CF substrate, a method for manufacturing the CF substrate, and a method for measuring the orientation angle of an orientation film are provided in the disclosure. The method for manufacturing the CF substrate of the disclosure forms a plurality of recesses in the non-display region of the CF substrate such that after an orientation film is subsequently coated on the plurality of recesses, the orientation angle of the orientation film can be directly measured at the plurality of recesses. The CF substrate of the disclosure is manufactured by using the described method. It facilitates simplifying the method for measuring the orientation angle of the orientation film. The method for measuring the orientation angle of the orientation film of the disclosure includes forming the orientation film on the described CF substrate, and directly measuring the orientation angle of the orientation film at the plurality of recesses.

Abstract: The invention relates to a safety closed-loop payment system and method. The safety closed-loop payment system of the invention comprises a user terminal (100), a bank card issuer backstage (101), a payment terminal (102) and a network access authority system (103). The user terminal (100), the bank card issuer backstage (101), the payment terminal (102) and the network access authority system (103) constitutes a closed-loop structure. With the safety closed-loop payment system and method of the invention, safety and flexibility in payment can be improved.

The method includes: receiving upload transaction information containing transaction type data; searching transaction information requiring an amount of shared resource less than a preset threshold when being processed, according to the transaction type data; and transmitting the transaction information requiring the amount of shared resource less than the preset threshold when being processed, to a backup processing center to be processed, when CPU utilization rates exceeds a preset safety threshold. The system includes a main processing center and a backup processing center.
