    Abstract: A method performed by a network node for controlling power in a Random Access (RA) procedure is provided. The RA procedure is from a UE to a first Transmission and reception Point (TRP) in a multi TRP cell in a wireless communications network. For each respective TRP out of a set of TRPs, network node calculates a smallest distance between this TRP and each respective other TRP comprised in the set of TRPs. The set of TRPs are comprised in the multi TRP cell. The network node obtains a minimum distance among the calculated smallest distances. Based on the minimum distance, the network node establishes a path loss difference towards each of the TRPs in the set of TRPs, as experienced by the UE. The network node calculates a target power based on the established path loss difference and a preamble detection sensitivity level. The target power is to be used.

    Abstract: There is provided mechanisms for CSI reporting on protocol layer 2. A method is performed by a wireless device. The wireless device is served by an access network node on a serving beam. The wireless device is configured with event conditions as to when to provide the CSI reporting to the access network node and with reporting configuration as to how to provide the CSI reporting to the access network node. The method comprises obtaining CSI values by monitoring candidate beams in which reference signals are transmitted by the access network node. The method comprises determining, based on comparing the CSI values to the event conditions, that at least one of the event conditions for CSI reporting is fulfilled. The method comprises sending the CSI reporting to the access network node as a protocol layer 2 CSI report and in accordance with the reporting configuration.

In order to control handover from a source base station to a target base station in a wireless communication system, where the target base station controls multiple cells, preference levels for candidate cells to be used as a target cell for the handover are received from the target base station; and handover parameters for the candidate cells are adjusted by taking the preference levels into account when selecting the target cell for the handover. With the present invention, at least benefits of target eNB inter-cell interference coordination, load optimization among cells, tendency to dedicated-configured cell etc. may be achieved.

    Abstract: The present invention discloses a universal lingual bracket system, comprising No. 1-7 universal lingual brackets connected in series by an arch wire. The universal lingual bracket includes a base plate and a bracket body portion that are integrated as a whole. A mesh bottom is arranged on the base plate and the mesh bottom is integrally molded with the base plate. The mesh bottom, the base plate and the bracket body portion are integrally molded. In addition, the mesh bottom is in the structure of an interlaced woven wire mesh, so that the universal lingual brackets have strong capability to be against the teeth surfaces and they are unlikely to come off. Even if they come off, they will not damage the mesh bottom. The mesh bottom can be used again once it is treated by sandblasting. The universal lingual bracket system provided by the invention has the advantages that it can be securely and easily installed and has high durability; therefore it is applicable to various universal lingual appliances.
