Abstract: A system includes a GPS module, user interface module, database and routing engine. To find nearby POIs in one embodiment the routing engine identifies POIs in the database located within a threshold distance from the planned route in Euclidean distance. The routing engine filters the results by exploring the road network to determine whether each of the POIs is within the threshold distance of the route in driving distance. The filtering may include exploring outward from the POI, until all roads within the threshold distance are explored or the route is reached; alternatively, distance to the POIs is checked by exploring outward from the route until all roads within the threshold distance of the route have been exposed. For those POIs reached in the exploration, the nearest point on the route and the distance to that point are known. Similar searches are performed based on driving time rather than distance.

Abstract: A heat dissipation system in a box type chassis of a communication device includes an upper heat dissipation channel and a lower heat dissipation channel, which both have an air exhaust vent and an air intake vent, the air intake vent and the air exhaust vent of the upper heat dissipation channel and the lower heat dissipation channel are defined on sidewalls of the box type chassis, and the air intake vent of the upper heat dissipation channel is located above the air exhaust vent of the lower heat dissipation channel. An air baffle is arranged in the box type chassis to generate a circulative airflow in the box type chassis, and therefore, heat dissipated by a circuit board is circulated in the box type chassis through the airflow, the temperature in the box type chassis reaches an extent that prevents vapor from condensing or even becoming a water film.

Abstract: A method for preparing a grounding substrate for a semiconductor device, the method including: 1) polishing the surface of a matrix of a grounding substrate to remove a carbon layer therefrom, and washing the surface of the matrix with anhydrous ethanol; 2) providing a cold spray system including a spraying device, a spray chamber, and a special fixture disposed in the spray chamber; and disposing the matrix on the special fixture; 3) using the cold spray system to spray a compressed gas carrying aluminum powder on the surface of the matrix at the supersonic speed to form an aluminum coating, thus obtaining the grounding substrate; 4) disposing the grounding substrate in a heat treatment furnace, raising the temperature therein to between 100 and 500° C., and maintaining the temperature for between 1 and 5 hrs; and 5) wet polishing the grounding substrate.
