    Abstract: Apparatuses, systems, and methods for user equipment device (UE) uplink antenna panel selection. The UE may determine, based on at least one condition, to perform a beam switch from a current beam being used for communications with a base station. The UE may transmit, to the base station, an indication of an antenna panel status that may include an indication of a latency associated with the beam switch. The UE may receive, from the base station, an indication to switch to a target beam and to perform the switch, based on the indication, to the target beam. The indication of the antenna panel status may include a beam switching latency level for each beam in a beam report, a beam switch request that may indicate the target beam, and/or a beam switch request that may indicate that an antenna panel switch is to be applied by the UE.

    Abstract: Improved configured grants (CGs) may include the designation of a footprint corresponding to uplink transmission of a UE, with the footprint at least partially defined by the occupied transmission time, occupied transmission frequency, and transmission power. The footprint may be adjustable and/or selectable by the UE according to the current traffic needs of the UE and within limits set for the footprint via prior signaling from the base station to the UE. The UE may indicate the actual footprint parameters/values for the UE's uplink data transmissions by transmitting CG uplink control information (CG-UCI) inclusive of the actual footprint values to the base station. The UE may transmit the CG-UCI over resources configured according to additional parameter values received via the prior signaling from the base station. The UE may further transmit uplink data on resources configured according to the actual footprint values.

    Abstract: This disclosure relates to apparatuses and methods for providing and managing reception feedback for multicast and broadcast services (MBS). A base station (BS) may select and communicate, to a group of user equipment devices (UEs), configuration parameters for MBS communications, such as an indication of an MBS retransmission procedure for an MBS service. The BS may also transmit, to the group of UEs, an MBS data communication. A first UE may receive the MBS data communication, but may determine that the received MBS data communication is corrupted. The first UE may respond by transmitting, to the BS, a negative-acknowledgement (NACK) message. The BS may retransmit the MBS data communication either as an MBS transmission or as a unicast transmission, based on the configuration parameters. The first UE may monitor the appropriate resources to receive the retransmitted MBS data communication, based on the configuration parameters.

Restrictions may be implemented to create a gap for redcap devices to perform RF retuning between a physical RACH transmission and a subsequent physical control channel (e.g. PDCCH) monitoring for random access reception when the frequency gap is larger than the maximum BW supported by the redcap device.

The UE determines whether to multiplex first UCI by first identifying whether intra-priority timing overlap exists between the timing resources of the first UCI and a PUSCH with the same priority. Subsequently, the UE identifies whether inter-priority timing overlap exists between the timing resources of the first UCI and a second PUCCH with a different priority from the first PUCCH. Finally, the UE identifies whether the timing resources of the first UCI overlap with a second PUSCH with a different priority than the first PUCCH. The UE multiplexes the first UCI based on the determination whether to multiplex the first UCI, and transmits the multiplexed first UCI to the base station.
