  • Publication number: 20230273093
Abstract: A method and a device for fault diagnosis of wind turbine pitch bearing based on neural network, the method includes: measuring the signal strength at different points of a sensor and different rolling angles, determining an optimal measurement rolling angle of a blade and sensor point arrangement, blocking the blade at the optimal rolling angle to collect the pitch vibration data, further processing the collected vibration data into a dataset, constructing a neural network model, using the collected dataset to train the network, and deploying the trained network to PLC for real-time dynamic monitoring of the wind turbine; the device includes the vibration acceleration sensors, a vibration data acquisition card and a programmable logic controller (PLC). The present disclosure can realize the fast, real-time and accurate monitoring of the health status of the pitch bearing.

  • Publication number: 20220228568
Abstract: Disclosed is a method for analyzing wind turbine blade coating fatigue due to rain erosion. According to the method, a stochastic rain field model is established, and the coating fatigue life of the wind turbine blades is calculated based on a crack propagation theory. The present patent innovatively develops a stochastic rain field model considering the shape, size, impact angle, and impact speed of raindrops to simulate the raindrop impact process, analyzes the impact stress of raindrops on the blade coating by using a smooth particle hydrodynamics method and a finite element analysis method, calculates the impact stress of all raindrops in the random rainfall process by using a stress interpolation method, and carries out fatigue analysis for the blade coating based on the impact stress.

  • Publication number: 20200040616
Abstract: A vehicle handle inertial locking structure includes a handle base, an inertial locking device located on the handle base, a handle unlocking device located on the handle base, and an unlocking pull rope. One end of the unlocking pull rope is connected to the handle unlocking device, and the other end is connected to an internal locking body of a vehicle. When the handle unlocking device rotates, the unlocking pull rope is pulled to implement the handle to unlock, thereby opening the vehicle door. The inertial locking device is provided with a first limiting protrusion, and the handle unlocking device is provided with a second limiting protrusion; when the inertial locking device rotates counterclockwise, the first limiting protrusion interferes with the second limiting protrusion; thus, the inertial locking device restricts the rotation of the handle unlocking device and cannot implement the handle to unlock.
