Abstract: Methods for reducing contact resistance include performing a selective titanium silicide (TiSi) deposition process on a middle of the line (MOL) contact structure that includes a cavity in a substrate of dielectric material. The contact structure also includes a silicon-based connection portion at a bottom of the cavity. The selective TiSi deposition process is selective to silicon-based material over dielectric material. The methods also include performing a selective deposition process of a metal material on the MOL contact structure. The selective deposition process is selective to TiSi material over dielectric material and forms a silicide capping layer on the silicon-based connection portion. The methods further include performing a seed layer deposition process of the metal material on the contact structure.

Abstract: A two-color pen includes a pen body, a roller and water supply components; the roller is rotatably provided at the head of the pen body; there is at least one pair of water supply components, a reset device for pushing the water supply components to be in contact with the roller is provided in the pen body; and the roller is provided with a transmission part which alternatively pushes two water supply components in pairs in the direction away from the roller in sequence. The reset device in the two-color pen can push the water supply components outputting different colors in the direction of the roller. When the roller is rolling, the transmission part provided on the roller can alternately push the two water supply components in pairs in the direction away from the roller in sequence, so that the water outlet ends of the two water supply components in pairs can alternately abut against the roller in sequence under the action of the reset device.

The method includes: receiving an instruction to initiate an interaction, generating an interaction module on a currently operating interface of a front-end application, outputting at least one notification message in the interaction module; initiating a back-end application, displaying a sidebar in a first target display area on the currently operating interface; and detecting a preset operation corresponding to the sidebar and responding to the preset operation. The sidebar interaction module is arranged, and notification message interception is carried out through the sidebar interaction module, so that the interference is reduced when different applications or different functions of the same application interact. The sidebar interaction is more reasonable.

Abstract: Disclosed are interacting methods for sidebar menu, apparatus, and storage medium thereof. The interacting methods display a shortcut panel for displaying first shortcut button icons upon receiving a triggering instruction, and displays another shortcut panel, an editing panel or an editing interface upon receiving another triggering instruction, for editing the first shortcut button icons. Before the triggering instruction is received, the first shortcut panel runs in the background, and there is no resident bar displayed on the mobile terminal, thus, users will not be affected by the shortcut panels. The purpose of eliminating the resident bar of the shortcut panel and voiding the shortcut panel affecting the users' normal use of the mobile terminal is achieved.
