  • Publication number: 20230192815
Abstract: The present disclosure provides a canine parvovirus (CPV) nanobody CPV-VHH-H1 and use thereof, belonging to the technical field of immunology. A heavy-chain variable region sequence of the nanobody CPV-VHH-H1 has the amino acid sequence set forth in SEQ ID NO: 1; and a gene encoding the nanobody CPV-VPP-H1 has the nucleotide sequence set forth in SEQ ID NO: 2. In the present disclosure, a nanobody immune library of the CPV is constructed by a phage display technology, a specific anti-CPV nanobody CPV-VHH-H1 is obtained by screening, and it is verified by experiments that the nanobody may specifically bind to the CPV. The present disclosure is expected to develop a new nanobody preparation for use in clinical diagnosis and treatment of the CPV, and provides a certain theoretical reserve for applying the nanobody to the field of veterinary biological products.

  • Publication number: 20230167462
Abstract: The present disclosure provides a recombinant adenovirus for expressing African swine fever virus (ASFV) EP153R-EP402R protein and a construction method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of genetic engineering. In the present disclosure, a recombinant adenovirus vector pAD-CMV-EGFP-EP153R-EP402R is obtained through a series of intermediate processes using a recombinant adenovirus shuttle vector pENTRE-EGFP-TOPO; the recombinant adenovirus vector is linearized to transfect AD293 cells, a recombinant virus is screened according to cytopathy formed by adenovirus infection, an adenovirus packaging process is achieved, and the recombinant adenovirus for expressing ASFV EP153R-EP402R protein is obtained, laying a foundation for the construction of a recombinant adenovirus vaccine for expressing the ASFV EP153R-EP402R protein.

  • Publication number: 20090295248
Abstract: An electric motor includes a stator with a stator core and a rotor. The rotor includes n magnets polarized along the radial direction of the rotor. The magnets have the same polarization and each forms two magnetic circuits passing through corresponding portions of the stator core, whereby the rotor forms 2n magnetic poles.

  • Publication number: 20070126310
Abstract: A lamination 10 for the stator of a universal motor has two poles 12 and a flux return path in the form of a ring 14 joining the two poles together. Each pole 12 has a pole face 16 defining there between a rotor space 20 for accommodating a rotor and each pole 12 has a neck portion 18 for receiving stator field windings. The width A of the ring 14, the length B of the pole 12, the radial distance C between the pole faces 16 and the width D of the neck portion 18 are selected according to formulae to achieve improved power output and output torque.
