  • Publication number: 20230381524
Abstract: Systems and methods for determining parameters and/or configurations for implantable pulse generator and/or lead(s) for the cardiac conduction system. The method includes configuring a stimulation vector. The method also includes configuring an AV delay to be less than an intrinsic AV delay, controlling a pulse generator to deliver pacing with a pacing amplitude, determining a sensing signal from artifacts of the pacing, adjusting the pacing amplitude based on the determined sensing signal and a capture signal, and determining the pacing threshold based on the adjusted pacing amplitude. The method further includes configuring the AV delay to a percentage of an intrinsic AV delay, controlling the pulse generator to deliver pacing with the AV delay, determining a sensing signal from artifacts of the pacing, adjusting the AV delay based on the determined sensing signal, and configuring the pulse generator with the adjusted AV delay.

  • Patent number: 11234658
Abstract: Systems, methods, and computer program products are disclosed that may be used for photoplethysmogram data analysis and presentation. For example, photoplethysmogram (PPG) signal data is received as communicated by a PPG sensor of a wearable device worn by a user. A heartbeat interval may be determined from at least the PPG signal data. Also, an electrocardiogram (ECG)-type waveform spanning the heartbeat interval may be generated at a graphical interface.

Date of Patent: February 1, 2022
    Assignee: LIVMOR, INC.
    Inventors: Ken Persen, Weiguang Shao

  • Patent number: 8936556
Abstract: A respiration pattern of a number of respiration cycles is detected and breath intervals (BI) and tidal volume (TVOL) measurements of each of the respiration cycles are respectively determined. An unevenly sampled instantaneous minute ventilation (iMV) signal is produced using the BI and TVOL measurements, and an evenly sampled iMV signal (resampled iMV signal) is produced using the unevenly sampled iMV signal. Disordered breathing is detected based on a comparison between a baseline threshold and the resampled iMV signal.

  • Publication number: 20130211855
Abstract: A system comprises a physiologic sensing circuit configured to generate physiologic data for a subject and a processing circuit. The processing circuit includes a data parsing circuit configured to parse the physiologic data to identify one or more physiologic events and a report generation circuit. The report generation circuit is configured to associate narrative text with the identified physiologic events according to a text generating rule and generate a narrative report for the identified physiologic events using the narrative text.

  • Publication number: 20020075496
Abstract: A method and system are provided which receive information from a non-standard source, in a relatively standardized manner. The received information is operated upon using an artificial intelligence module to translate the received information into a standardized internet protocol, such as XML (extensible Mark-Up Language).
