    Abstract: A method for evaluating a damage power of confined explosion, includes: determining a size of a confined case and a thickness of a target plate according to a requirement of evaluation on damage effectiveness of a warhead to establish an explosive damage effectiveness evaluation platform; calibrating parameters of the platform with a series of confined explosion tests of trinitrotoluene (TNT) bare charges in the case to form a relational map, in which a deflection of a mid-point of the target plate changes with a charge mass; obtaining a deflection of the mid-point of the target plate by detonating different warheads, forming different detonation atmosphere and forming different venting configuration in the case, and performing interpolation through the map to obtain an equivalent bare charge as an evaluation index. The method quantitatively evaluates the damage effectiveness of the warhead, and is not limited by the damage component.

    Abstract: A high-barrier biodegradable Doypack and a preparation method therefor. The Doypack consists of two parts, a high-barrier biodegradable self-sealing strip and a five-layered composite high-barrier biodegradable Doypack body. The main base materials of the high-barrier biodegradable self-sealing strip are PLGA and PPC that have excellent barrier performance; and the five-layered composite high-barrier biodegradable Doypack body consists of single side glossy white Kraft paper, a bonding layer, a first barrier layer, a second barrier layer, and a heat-sealing layer, which are integrally formed by using a process combining four-layer co-extrusion and lamination. Compared to conventional non-degradable Doypacks, the high-barrier biodegradable Doypack is substantially equivalent in terms of the physical and mechanical performance and heat-sealing performance, but has a superior barrier performance, and is biodegradable.

    Abstract: The present invention discloses a low cost bio-based full degradable film and preparation method thereof, the ratio of each component in parts by mass of the film is as follows: 15-25 parts of a polyglycolic acid, 25-35 parts of corn starch, 35-55 parts of poly(butylene adipate-co-terephthalate), 5 parts of a compatilizer, 3.75-12.25 parts of a starch plasticizer, 0.5-0.7 part of citric acid, 0.75-1.25 parts of acetyl tributyl citrate, 0.3-0.5 part of maleic anhydride, 0.2 part of antioxidant 164, and 0.2 part of 2-(2?-hydroxyl-5?-methylphenyl)benzotriazole. The low cost bio-based full degradable film provided by the present invention has a bio-based content, which can reach 30% or more, a lower cost, and a tensile strength exceeding a traditional PE thin film, and has very important significance for solving the problem of “white pollution” and promoting the popularization and application of full biodegradable materials.

The method of the present invention solves problems of large thickness abrasion and remediation of fracture components. The method of the present invention is capable of preventing the ultra-large copper nut from deformation and collapse and is a feasible remanufacturing for decreasing the huge economic loss caused by damages of expensive ultra-large of nonferrous metals.
