  • Publication number: 20180164164
Abstract: A thin film material residual testing structure comprises two groups of structures. The first group of structures comprises an electrostatic driven polysilicon cantilever beam, an asymmetrical cross beam made of thin film material to be tested and having an alignment structure, and a double-end fixed support beam made of the thin film material to be tested. The second group of structures is similar to the structure of the first group with the fixed support beam removed. A residual stress testing method includes separating the loading drive part of force from a residual stress testing structure made of the thin film material to be tested, designing the bending deflection of a control testing structure according to geometrical parameters, extracting the force applied on the residual stress testing structure and utilizing force and deflection to calculate the residual stress of the thin film material to be tested.

  • Publication number: 20160338646
Abstract: An ultra-thin wearable sensing device includes a sensor tag IC that enables the device to communicate wirelessly to a reading device. The wearable sensing device includes one or more sensors connected to the sensor tag IC that sense characteristics of the person, animal or object that the sensing device comes in contact with. The sensed characteristics can include biological signals (e.g., ECG, EMG, and EEG), temperature, galvanic skin response (GSR), heat flux and chemicals or fluids released by the skin. The reading device can display the information to the user and/or transmit the sensor data to a remote location for further processing. A doctor can review the data or have the data further analyzed and use this data or information to assist with treatment.

  • Patent number: 9426295
Abstract: A method and device for distributing an incoming call to a mobile agent are disclosed. The method includes: receiving a message for requesting a customer service representative; after determining that there is no idle online agent who has a skill of serving the call, selecting one agent from offline agents lists to serve the incoming call to provide the manual service; and sending a notification message to a mobile terminal corresponding to the selected agent, wherein, the notification message is used for notifying the customer service representative to login a call center system through the mobile terminal to provide the manual service. With the above technical scheme, it can at least solve the technical problem that it is difficult to perform real-time processing on a manual service request for certain agents not always in a state of logining the call center system in the related art.

  • Publication number: 20160117341
Abstract: Methods for automating user operations include analyzing a name of an image file to identify an operation to be automated. One or more embodiments compare a content of the image file to a graphical user interface of a computing device to identify a location of a graphical user interface element in the graphical user interface. One or more embodiments perform the operation identified from the name at the location of the graphical user interface element identified from the content of the image file.

  • Patent number: 9135130
Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide a debugging method, a chip, a board, and a system and relate to the communications field. Remote debugging can be performed on a board having no main control CPU without affecting hardware distribution and software performance. The method includes: receiving, by an Ethernet port, a data packet and determining a current service type according to a service identifier carried in the data packet; when determining the current service type is a debugging service, writing the data packet into a memory through a bus and sending an interruption notification to a CPU through the bus; reading, by the CPU, the data packet from the memory according to the interruption notification, obtaining a debugging instruction by parsing the data packet, and sending the debugging instruction to an ASIC through a protocol conversion module.
