Abstract: A medical polyurethane foam dressing and a preparation method thereof are provided in this disclosure. The medical polyurethane foam dressing includes a polyurethane film, a hydrophilic polyurethane foam layer compounded on the polyurethane film, a release paper provided on the hydrophilic polyurethane foam layer, and a soft silicone composite layer located below the release paper. The polyurethane film consists of a release film and a PU resin layer or TPU resin layer coated on the release film. Products prepared according to the disclosure not only can serve to absorb wound exudate of pressure sore, but also provides single-side water proofing; and it is sticky and can be stably fixed on the wound without easy displacement, thus ensuring continuous and stable liquid absorption.

Abstract: This invention provides an umbrella rib and a light umbrella, wherein the umbrella rib includes a main body and a light emitting unit. The main body has a light groove, and the light emitting unit is detachably embedded inside the light groove for the convenience of replacement and maintenance. The light emitting unit can adopt a printed circuit board configured with a plurality of lighting lamps, or a light guide plate lighted by the lighting lamps. In addition, the first tube stopper and the second tube stopper are inserted into two ends of the light groove to ensure a sealing property of the umbrella rib. An umbrella frame and the light umbrella adopting the umbrella rib not only have a lighting function, but also provide a good lighting atmosphere, which provides convenience and fun for people's leisure life.

The motor is configured to drive rotation of the screw rod, and the first transmission element is mounted at the screw rod. The cranking mechanism includes a second transmission element and a cranking handle. The second transmission element is engaged with the first transmission element, and the second transmission element is connected with the cranking handle via the clutch structure. The invention overturns a conventional method of using an electric umbrella, and provides a manual lifting-and-lowering function under the premise of maintaining a electric lifting-and-lowering function, that is, in case of insufficient or no power supply, the umbrella can be opened and closed through the cranking handle.
