    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a capacitive in-cell touch panel and a display apparatus, wherein touch sensing electrodes are set on a color filter substrate, a common electrode layer connected as a whole plane on a TFT array substrate is divided into strips to be used as touch driving electrodes, and metal driving electrodes directly electrically connected to the corresponding touch driving electrodes are set on the TFT array substrate so as to reduce resistance of the touch driving electrodes. The embodiments of the disclosure can save the production cost and improve the production efficiency. Moreover, the touch function and the display function are driven in a time division manner, and thus the production cost can be further reduced, and the picture quality and touch accuracy can be enhanced.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides an in cell touch panel and a display device. An entire common electrode layer on an array substrate is divided so as to form a plurality of touch driving electrodes and a plurality of common electrodes which are insulated from each other and arranged in a crisscross manner. Each touch driving electrode includes a plurality of touch driving sub-electrodes, and each touch driving sub-electrode is arranged between the adjacent common electrodes. Each common electrode includes a plurality of common sub-electrodes. Touch sensing electrodes are arranged on an opposite substrate, and a projection of each touch sensing electrode onto the array substrate is located at a region where the common electrode is located. The touch driving electrodes are driven in a time-division manner, so as to achieve a touch function and a display function.

    Abstract: An in-cell touch panel and a display device are disclosed. The in-cell touch panel includes a top substrate and a bottom substrate disposed oppositely to each other, a common electrode layer disposed on a side of the bottom substrate that faces the top substrate and a touch sensing chip. The common electrode layer is partitioned into a plurality of independent self-capacitance electrodes and a plurality of wires for connecting the self-capacitance electrodes to the touch sensing chip. The touch sensing chip is configured to apply common electrode signals to self-capacitance electrodes in a display interval and determine touch positions by detecting capacitance value variation of self-capacitance electrodes in a touch interval. No additional layer is needed for the in-cell touch panel, thereby saving production costs and improving production efficiency.

Since in the touch panel according to the present invention, structure of the common electrode layer of the TFT array substrate is altered to form the touch driving electrodes, it is not necessary to add a new film on the existing TFT array substrate and only an additional process needs to be added to segment the whole common electrode layer into a plurality of strip-shaped structures, reducing the production cost and increasing the production efficiency.

    Abstract: A capacitive in cell touch panel, its driving method and a display device, in which, on the TFT array substrate, a pixel structure in which two adjacent rows of pixel units form one pixel unit group and two gate signal lines are disposed between the two rows of pixel units of the pixel unit group is adopted. Positions of gate signal lines between adjacent pixel unit groups can be saved by modifying positions of gate signal lines of two adjacent rows of pixel units and TFT switches. As such, touch driving lines with touch function can be set at the saved positions for gate signal lines and touch sensing electrodes can be disposed on the color filter substrate and extend in the column direction of the pixel units to realize touch function while ensuring high aperture ratio.
