The precision gear transmission component includes a first gear and a second gear which mesh with each other. First gear includes a first wheel and a second wheel. First wheel's gear teeth and second wheel's gear teeth are misaligned with each other, and meshed with second gear. Since first gear and second gear of the precision gear transmission component mesh with each other, and first gear includes first wheel and second wheel, first wheel or second wheel is rotated as needed, so that gear teeth of the first wheel and gear teeth of second wheel are staggered with each other, until meshing accuracy of first gear and second gear reaches an optimal state, and then is locked, so as to realize a precision transmission of precision gear transmission component.

Abstract: An automatic control system includes a tag, a base station, a main controller, and an auxiliary controller. The tag is bound to a target and transmits a target position signal. The base station is in communication connection with the tag and receives the target position signal. The main controller includes an angle conversion module, a protocol conversion module, and a data filtering module, in which the angle conversion module is in communication connection with the base station to convert the target position signal into a first light angle control signal. The auxiliary controller includes an effect control module that transmits the light effect control signal and a second light angle control signal.

Abstract: A low-noise light fixture reset structure includes a pivot shaft and a pivot member rotatably connected to the pivot shaft. The pivot shaft is fixedly connected with a drive wheel and is sleeved with a shifter lever on which a first detection marker is provided on the shifter lever. A first detector configured to detect the first detection marker is provided on the pivot member. A first limiting post configured to limit the shifter lever is also provided on the drive wheel. The pivot member is further provided with an elastic member capable of resisting against the shifter lever and a second limiting post that limits the shifter lever. The second limiting post, the elastic member, and the first limiting post do not interfere with each other during a relative movement between the pivot member and the pivot shaft.

A control method of a special-shaped pixel light includes the following steps: S1, the main control unit establishing a mapping rule according to orientation characteristics of the pixel point light sources; S2, storing the mapping rule into the storage unit; and S3, receiving a control signal and invoking relevant data in the storage unit to scan the pixel point light sources according to the mapping rule.

Abstract: The present invention discloses a humidity alarm monitoring system for a stage light configured to monitor a closed chamber of the stage light comprises a humidity detection module located inside the chamber for detecting the humidity of the chamber; a light control module connected to the humidity detection module; and a light source control module and a display module which are connected to the light control module. According to the present invention, the humidity alarm monitoring system, which is simple in structure and convenient in operation, can provide alarm and protection functions while monitoring the humidity condition of the stage light, can overcome the problems of existing stage lights such as damaging the electronic components due to excessive humidity, can improve the reliability of the light, and can also prolong the service life of the light.

Abstract: The control system for a stage light fixture with photobiological safety includes a control unit connected to a motor assembly and a light source and configured to control the stage light fixture to operate, and a distance sensor connected to the control unit, and configured to acquire an instant distance from a living being to the stage light fixture. The control unit stores a light radiation hazard exposure radiance limit value and a light fixture irradiance value acquired in advance per unit of time and distance, and acquires a parameter of the living being entering an irradiation danger zone according to the instant distance, the light radiation hazard exposure radiance limit value, and the light fixture irradiance value. When a hazard condition reaches the parameter of the living being entering the irradiation danger zone, the control unit controls the stage light fixture to move to eliminate the hazard condition.

Abstract: An effect wheel assembly for a stage light, comprising a plurality of effect wheels, each effect wheel having several effect sheets, a rotating shaft, and a transmission mechanism, the rotating shaft passing through an axle center of each effect wheel. The effect sheets of each of the effect wheels are correspondingly arranged to create various combined effects, and the transmission mechanism drives the rotating shaft to rotate in such a way that the effect wheels rotate coaxially. The effect sheets are driven by the transmission mechanism to rotate coaxially, during the rotating, the effects provided by the effect sheets will overlap such that a new stage effect is presented. The effect wheel assembly can not only meet the demand of multiple effects, but also meet the demand of a simplified structure, which is more practical.

Abstract: A stage light free from damage of sunlight includes a light body and a control assembly, and a light avoiding system. When the light body is in a power-on state, the control assembly controls the light avoiding system not to work; and when the light body is in a power-off state, the control assembly controls the light avoiding system to implement a light avoiding action. According to the present invention, smart light avoiding according to a sunlight status can be achieved by means of a light avoiding system. The light avoiding system has advantages of a high automatic recognition level, a flexible access system, and being cost-effective and easy to implement.

At least part of the light emitted by the effect light source enters from the first side and exits from the second side. The light emitting by the effect light source exits from the second side, so that the second side is illuminated, which decorates the stage light itself.

Abstract: The present invention discloses a light adjusting device and a stage light with the light adjusting device. The light adjusting device includes an effect wheel provided with an effect area around a center and a moving mechanism driving the effect wheel to move among first, second, third and fourth pausing positions. When in the first pausing position, the effect area of the effect wheel is located outside the light beam. When in the second pausing position, a distance of the center of the effect wheel and a center of the light beam is less than or equal to one-half of a radius of the light beam.
