The protective adhesive composition includes an adhesive-forming substance, a cross-linking agent, an adhesive agent, and an acid-base regulator. The protective adhesive composition may form a colloidal membrane, and has acid-resisting and pepsin-resisting effects, such that a stimulating effect of digestive fluids on injured mucosa is avoided, thereby promoting the healing of wounds.

Abstract: The disclosure discloses a liquid specimen lysis detection device. The device includes a detection unit, a lysis unit and a detachable limit structure, where the detection unit includes a detection shell, a sample acquisition unit and a detection reagent strip, the lysis unit includes a base, a piercing sleeve, a sealing film and a bottom bottle. The detachable limit structure is installed between the detection unit and the lysis unit to limit the depth of the detection unit inserted into the top opening of the base in the initial state, so as to prevent the piercing sleeve from piercing the sealing film. In the detection state, the detachable limit structure is removed, and the piercing sleeve pierces the sealing film under the push of the plug-in section of the detection shell; the sample acquisition unit extends into the bottom bottle.

Abstract: Disclosed are colloidal gold test paper for double-window detection of fecal occult blood and an application thereof, and the colloidal gold test paper comprises a left reagent strip and a right reagent strip; the reagent strip is provided with a sample pad, a label pad, a nitrocellulose membrane and a water absorption pad; and the right reagent strip contains a mouse anti-human hemoglobin monoclonal antibody treated with a treatment solution. According to the invention, by double-window detection, the occurrence of HOOK phenomenon can be delayed, and the accuracy of colloidal gold detection can be improved.

Abstract: The present invention relates to the field of detection of dimethyltryptamine. In order to solve the problems in the prior art that liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry for detection of dimethyltryptamine has high requirements for instruments and operators and is difficult to popularize and low in detection speed, the present invention discloses a dimethyltryptamine hapten, an artificial antigen and preparation methods and application thereof. The dimethyltryptamine hapten is obtained by a reaction of N,N-dimethyl-5-hydroxytryptamine as a precursor and glutaric anhydride. The artificial dimethyltryptamine antigen obtained from the dimethyltryptamine hapten can be used for preparing a dimethyltryptamine monoclonal antibody and a dimethyltryptamine colloidal gold-fluorescence test paper.
