The curved liquid crystal display panel comprises: two substrates curved towards a same direction with liquid crystals filled therebetween to form a curved liquid crystal layer; and a transparent layer covering an outer surface of a glass of at least one of the substrates, a stress-optical coefficient of the glass of the substrate and a stress-optical coefficient of the transparent layer at a same side of the liquid crystal layer have opposite signs, wherein the outer surface of the glass of the substrate is a surface of the glass of the substrate away from the liquid crystals. The curved liquid crystal display device comprises the curved liquid crystal display panel. The optical rotation effects of the glass of the substrate and the transparent layer located at the same side of the liquid crystal layer are opposite from each other, optical delay thereof are counteracted by each other.

By means of the electrowetting display apparatus in the present disclosure, wherein the ultraviolet light source emits UV light, the ultraviolet absorbing material in the black oil layer absorbs the UV light when the black oil layer spreads, and the colored fluorescent layer displays colors when the black oil layer is applied with electric power and then contracts, such that no colored membrane is necessary to achieve a colored display, and thus an outstanding display effect can be realized.

The width of the doped semiconductor layer is larger than the width of the emission region, a conductive type (e.g., P-type or N-type) of the doped semiconductor layer is the same as a conductive type of the emission region. In this inventive concept, the width of the doped semiconductor layer on the emission region is larger than the width of the emission region, that equivalently increases the width of the emission region, which in turn increases the DC amplification factor (?) and therefore improves the overall performance of the semiconductor device.
