Abstract: The present application provides a semiconductor device and the method of making the same. The method includes recessing a fin extending from a substrate, forming a base epitaxial feature on the recessed fin, forming a bar-like epitaxial feature on the base epitaxial feature, and forming a conformal epitaxial feature on the bar-like epitaxial feature. The forming of the bar-like epitaxial feature includes in-situ doping the bar-like epitaxial feature with an n-type dopant at a first doping concentration. The forming of the conformal epitaxial feature includes in-situ doping the conformal epitaxial feature with a second doping concentration greater than the first doping concentration.

One side of the temperature control cabinet has a temperature control cabinet opening. One side of the decoration cabinet has a decoration cabinet opening. The temperature control cabinet opening corresponds in position to the decoration cabinet opening. The cabinet door is pivotally connected to both the temperature control cabinet opening and the decoration cabinet opening to seal the temperature control cabinet opening and the decoration cabinet opening. A touch-control device is provided on the cabinet door for controlling the internal temperature of the temperature control cabinet. The traditional temperature control cabinet door and the decoration cabinet door are combined into an integrated cabinet door. The user can touch and operate the buttons on the surface of the cabinet door to control the internal temperature of the temperature control cabinet.

Abstract: A rotatable fireplace dual-purpose cabinet includes a decoration cabinet body and a rotatable electric fireplace. The decoration cabinet body has a first accommodation space. The first accommodation space has a drawer therein. The drawer has a second accommodation space. The electric fireplace is installed in the second accommodation space, and includes a casing and a blaze imitation device disposed in the casing. The casing is pivotally connected in the drawer through a turning shaft. One side of the casing is a decoration door panel to match with the decoration cabinet body. Another side of the casing, opposite to the decoration door panel, is a fireplace panel able to see the imitation blaze inside the electric fireplace. With the casing to be rotated about the turning shaft, the decoration door panel or the fireplace panel is to cover the second accommodation space.

Abstract: An electric fireplace able to show 3D flame includes a housing, an image screen, a flame processing device, a light processing device and a 3D flame image plate carved with a flame pattern. The 3D flame image plate is located in back of the image screen. The light processing device is located in back of the 3D flame image plate. The 3D flame image plate includes a base, a fence and a protection layer. The fence is sandwiched between the base and the protection layer. The base is close to the image screen. The protection layer is close to the light processing device. The light processing device makes the light from the first light source dynamic to provide a 3D flame effect to the 3D flame image plate.

The plurality of control rods penetrate through two opposing side portions of the stop board. The figurines are disposed in the open chamber. By the transparent plate to cover the open chamber directly or indirectly, the players are able to watch the game through the transparent plate and the body is able to be used as a table, providing a dual-purpose object. The present invention is nimble and convenient in use, saves space effectively, and is pleasing in appearance.
