Abstract: An auxiliary circulation water pump for circulating water system is provided, including a condenser having first and second ingress pipes and first and second egress pipes; first water pumps each having a capacity of 50% or 33.3% and connected to a first valve connected to the first ingress pipe; second water pumps each having a capacity of 3-10% and connected to a second valve connected to the second ingress pipe; and a control unit, which is operable, when all of the first water pumps shut down as machine set at standby state, to close the first valves and activates the second water pumps and the second valves, the second water pumps supplying water through the second ingress pipe into the condenser and then discharging through the second egress pipe, and also keeping vacuum of the condenser at design condition (say 7.45 kPaA).

Abstract: Provided is a combined cycle (CC) unit standby system with integrated auxiliary gas turbine generator (Aux. GT), including: a plurality of first gas turbines, a plurality of heat recovery boilers, a steam turbine, a condenser, at least a second gas turbine generator and a control unit. As such, the present invention incorporates at least a second gas turbine generator of small capacity into the CC unit standby system, the pipelines and components of each unit are kept in a hot state, to facilitate the rapid load increase during restart process, to save energy during the standby period, accelerate the restart process and reduce the energy consumption during the starting phase, and also keep the unit in “House Load Operation” state, stay independent from the power grid to cope with the emergency situation of black start, improve the restart and energy efficiency in standby and shutdown states.

Abstract: A proposal evaluation mechanism of equipment/system procurement for production plant or facility includes: a supplier unit, a first setting unit, a first calculation unit, a second setting unit, and a second calculation unit. The supplier unit includes a plurality of suppliers and is provided for individually submitting a first curve function and a second curve function to the first setting unit and the second setting unit to be subjected to calculation. This calculation will be conducted based the first calculation unit and the second calculation unit according to settings contained in the first setting unit and the second setting unit to determine a first efficiency calculation function, and a first production capacity calculation function, a second efficiency calculation function, and a second production capacity calculation function accordingly. Comparison is made among different ones of the suppliers with respect to such functions to serve as basis of determination for tendering award.
