The cell module includes a plurality of cell assemblies stacked along a first direction, a first surface, a second surface, a first lateral face and a second lateral face, a first region and a second region located on two sides of the covering respectively along a second direction. The covering includes a first section, a second section, and a third section. The first section covers at least a part of the first lateral face. The second section covers at least a part of the second lateral face. The third section covers the first surface. The first resin layer is disposed in the first region. The first structural member is disposed between two adjacent cell assemblies to partition the two adjacent cell assemblies.
