    Abstract: Disclosed are a display panel and a display apparatus. The display panel includes an array substrate and a color film substrate that are opposite to each other, a liquid crystal layer filled between the array substrate and the color film substrate, and a polarizer covering a side of the color film substrate distal from the liquid crystal layer. A protrusive structure and a reflective layer disposed between the protrusive structure and the liquid crystal layer are arranged on the array substrate. The array substrate includes a plurality of pixel units arranged on a substrate. Each pixel unit is provided with a first region and a second region that are adjacent to each other. A thickness of the pixel unit disposed in the first region is greater than that of the pixel unit disposed in the second region.
