    Abstract: An aseismic assembly and a modular building are provided in the present disclosure. The aseismic assembly is provided between a main frame and a displaceable frame spaced apart from the main frame. The aseismic assembly includes a fixed member and a movable member. The fixed member is disposed on a lower surface of the top portion of the main frame. The movable member is used to interconnect the fixed member and the displaceable frame, wherein the bottom portion of the movable member is inserted into the top portion of a post of the displaceable frame. The movable member is movable relative to the displaceable frame along a height direction of the main frame. The top portion of the movable member is connected to the fixed member. The movable member is movable relative to the fixed member along a horizontal direction.
