    Abstract: A method of controlling shade of light valve for auto darkening filter includes: controlling the current shade of the light valve at a first shade, continuously detecting a welding arc signal until it is detected; controlling the first shade of the light valve to change to a target shade, and maintaining the target shade for welding work until the welding arc signal is interrupted; controlling the light valve to transition from the target shade to the first shade within a time period T2, wherein at least one intermediate shade is passed during the transition. For the conventional ADF, after the welding arc signal disappears, the control circuit immediately switches the light valve from the target shade to the light state shade. The switch of the light valve from the target shade to the light state shade occurs instantaneously, therefore the user may feel dazzling, causing damage to vision.

    Abstract: A near-eye display module includes a fixed base connected to the front end of a headgear, and an imaging module housing connected to the fixed base and provided with an imaging lens on the bottom thereof. The imaging module housing is provided with a projection component inside, the projection component is configured to project text and graphic information indicating the working state of the filter and further configured to display text and graphic information of the working state of the welding machine and other equipment communicating with it. The projection component is configured to project an image toward the imaging lens and is within the observation range of one eye of the wearer. With the structure in which the near-eye display module is fixed on the headgear, the operator can clearly see the adjusted parameters and operating parameters, and the influence on the operator's line of sight is reduced.

The automatic darkening filter can realize the automatic adjustment of the scale number, and in the adjustment process, the welding arc intensity signal can be revised based on the ambient light intensity, which can effectively ensure the accuracy of the final determination of the scale number.
