The battery cell includes: a shell, including a first wall; an electrode assembly, arranged inside the shell; an electric energy extraction part, arranged inside the shell and connected to the electrode assembly; a pressure relief mechanism, arranged on the first wall; and a support member, arranged inside the shell, wherein the support member is configured to limit the electric energy extraction part from blocking the pressure relief hole formed by the pressure relief mechanism in the event of thermal runaway of the battery cell.

The battery cell comprises a casing, having a first wall; a pressure relief mechanism, arranged on the first wall; and an electrode assembly, arranged inside the casing. The electrode assembly comprises an electrode tab, and the electrode tab comprises an avoidance portion. Along a thickness direction of the first wall, the projection of the pressure relief mechanism on the electrode assembly at least partially falls within the avoidance portion. The battery cell has relatively high safety.

Abstract: A battery cell, a battery, and an electric apparatus are provided. The battery cell includes a housing, an electrode lead-out member, an electrode assembly, and an adapter member. The housing is provided with an accommodating cavity. The electrode lead-out member is disposed at the housing. The electrode assembly is accommodated in the accommodating cavity, where the electrode assembly includes a main body portion and a tab led out of the main body portion. The adapter member is configured to connect the tab and the electrode lead-out member, and a light absorbing layer is applied to a welding position of the adapter member. The light absorbing layer is applied to the surface of the adapter member to reduce reflection, increasing the energy absorption rate of the adapter member, and lowering the welding power, and reducing the possibility of other components of the battery cell being burned, thus improving the safety of the battery cell.

The insulating member has a first outer surface exposed outside the cover and the connecting member; and a first seam is present between the first outer surface and the cover, and a second seam is present between the first outer surface and the connecting member. A first sealing portion is disposed at the first seam and configured to cover the first seam, and/or a second sealing portion is disposed at the second seam and configured to cover the second seam.

The battery cell includes: a housing, having an opening; an electrode assembly, accommodated in the housing; an end cap covering the opening and provided with a pressure relief mechanism; and an insulating member, disposed between the end cover and the electrode assembly to insulate and isolate the end cover from the electrode assembly. The insulating member includes a body and a boss, a first through hole being formed in the area of the body corresponding to the pressure relief mechanism, the boss being connected to the body and extending towards the electrode assembly, a second through hole being formed in a side surface of the boss. The first through hole and the second through hole are used for forming an exhaust channel from the interior of the battery cell to the pressure relief mechanism.

The end cap assembly includes: an end cap provided with a positive electrode terminal, an insulating member being provided between the positive electrode terminal and the end cap; and a fuse structure, the fuse structure electrically connecting the end cap to the positive electrode terminal. The fuse structure is configured to be capable of melting when a current flowing through the fuse structure is greater than a predetermined threshold. With the technical solution of the present application, the performance of the battery can be improved.
