Abstract: A non-invasive time domain reflection probe calibration method includes: using different volume ratio of ethanol and deionized water mixed solution to calculate a test target's medium weight coefficient and waveguide length of the non-invasive time domain reflection probes; using different concentrations of NaCl solutions to calibrate a waveguide geometric dimensioning of the non-invasive time domain reflection probes; preparing compacted soil samples with known different moisture contents and densities, and calibrating a correlation parameter of compacted soil samples' dielectric constant and conductivity with moisture content and density. The method not only determines the sensitivity of the test target medium of the non-invasive time domain reflection probes, but also obtains the waveguide length and geometric dimensioning of the probe, and realizes an accurate test of moisture content and density of the soil.

Abstract: A resource processing method and apparatus. The method is achieved by a computer configured to execute the following steps: generating a resource allocation chart based on a resource allocation request; processing the resource allocation chart and generating an access entrance of the resource allocation chart; opening the access entrance to enable at least one third party resource supplier to respond to the resource allocation request via the access entrance. The method further comprises: when the resources are not available or not suitable for allocation, receiving a resource allocation chart, wherein the resource allocation chart is based on the resource allocation request; generating an access entrance of the resource allocation chart; opening the access entrance to at least one third party resource supplier; and receiving the allocated resources from the at least one third party resource supplier by responding to the resource allocation request through the access entrance.

Abstract: A memory setting method and apparatus the method including obtaining, by a processor that is in a non-uniform memory access architecture (NUMA) system and that has at least two memories, performance of the at least two memories upon the processor starting, and setting, based on the performance of the at least two memories, at least one of the at least two memories as a local memory, and setting, based on the performance, at least one of the at least two memories as a remote memory, where performance of the local memory is better than performance of the remote memory.

The access network device includes: a receiver, configured to receive a call request sent by a calling user equipment, where the call request carries a user communication identity of a called user equipment. The access network device also includes a processor, configured to generate a paging request based on the user communication identity before the receiver receives a paging message sent by a core network device, where the processor is further configured to set up a signaling connection to the called user equipment based on the paging request. The access network device also includes a sender, configured to send the paging request generated by the processor to the called user equipment.
