    Abstract: A multi-procedure integrated automatic production line for hard alloy blades under robot control is provided. The production line includes a rail-guided robot. A cutter passivation device and a blade cleaning and drying device are arranged on one side of the rail-guided robot. A blade-coating transfer table, a blade coating device, a blade boxing transfer table, a blade-tooling dismounting device and a blade boxing device are sequentially arranged on another side of the rail-guided robot. The blade-tooling dismounting device is arranged on one side of the blade boxing transfer table. The production line further includes squirrel-cage toolings for carrying the blades. The squirrel-cage tooling that are loaded with the blades can run among the cutter passivation device, the blade cleaning and drying device, the blade-coating transfer table and the blade boxing transfer table. The blades after being treated through the blade-tooling dismounting device are sent to the blade boxing device.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to a card swiping method for determining card swiping of a mobile terminal by using ultrasonic signal strength, comprising: closely contacting, by a mobile terminal, a card reading device, wherein a multi-interface integrated circuit module in the mobile terminal receives a ultrasonic signal transmitted by an ultrasonic wave transmitting module in the card reading device; measuring, by the multi-interface integrated circuit module, strength of the received ultrasonic signal, and comparing the measured strength with an ultrasonic signal strength threshold which allows card swiping; and if the strength of the received ultrasonic signal received by the multi-interface integrated circuit module is greater than the ultrasonic signal strength which allows card swiping, interactively performing card swiping procedures by the multi-interface integrated circuit module and the card reading device.

    Abstract: A radio frequency (RF) device includes an RF transceiver, an RF antenna, and a magnetic signal detector. The RF is selected to be in the very high frequency (VHF), ultrahigh frequency (UHF), or super high frequency (SHF) bands such that the shielding effect is reduced and the RF device can be configured as a SIM card disposed inside a cellular phone with an increased RF communication range. The magnetic signal detector is used to sense a magnetic field signal from an RF reader, which includes an RF transceiver, an RF antenna, and a magnetic signal transmitter. The longer communication range afforded by the VHF, UHF, or SHF bands is reduced by the sensing of the magnetic field, thereby providing a communication range control, while the RF device and the RF reader exchange information through the RF channel with improved security as a result of the range control.
