The method includes: acquiring touch data on a touch screen (S1); acquiring, according to the touch data, touch position information of touch points simultaneously touched, number information of the touch points simultaneously touched and simultaneous touch duration information of the touch points simultaneously touched (S2); determining whether a number of the touch points simultaneously touched meets a first preset condition and whether a simultaneous touch duration of the touch points simultaneously touched meets a second preset condition (S3), and when both the first preset condition and the second preset condition are met, proceeding to step S4; determining a target position of the floating toolbar according to touch positions of the touch points simultaneously touched (S4); moving the floating toolbar to the target position (S5).
