    Abstract: Provided are a lidar three-dimensional (3D) target detection method based on region pillar feature fusion and a system thereof. The method includes: collecting a point cloud data set of a target region and a coordinate thereof, determining a point cloud range and dividing the point cloud range into several sub-regions; calculating a maximum difference of a z coordinate in each sub-region, creating a feature array, and allocating the maximum difference to points in the sub-region to form a pillar feature. According to an area of a target, the allocation number is dynamically adjusted to obtain the target feature. The detection performance of the network for small targets is improved through region attention enhancement feature coding.

    Abstract: A signal angle and signal frequency estimation method, apparatus, device and storage medium are provided. The signal angle and signal frequency estimation method comprises the steps: collecting initial data of a satellite signal by means of an antenna array element; substituting initial data into a signal function, and finding a solution to obtain the satellite signal; and obtaining the angel and frequency of the satellite signal according to the satellite signal. According to the method, in consideration of the non-Gaussian noise environment as well as spatial domain sparse feature and frequency domain sparse feature of the satellite signal, the angle and the frequency of the satellite signal are estimated jointly, thereby facilitating subsequent obtaining and tracking the satellite signal by a satellite navigation receiver.

The method includes: obtaining an array sampling covariance matrix according to an array received signal; setting a target variable, and limiting a feasible domain of the target variable by using two operators to determine a first constraint condition; characterizing an estimation error based on the target variable and the array sampling covariance matrix, and using the characterized estimation error as a second constraint condition; establishing an initial optimization model according to a preset norm based on partial sum of singular values and constraint conditions of the target variable; determining a multivariable optimization model according to the initial optimization model; and solving the multivariable optimization model to obtain an optimal result; analyzing the optimal result to obtain a DoA of the target incident signal.
