  • Publication number: 20220242765
Abstract: The present invention provides a method for constructing a halophilic nitrogen assimilation microbiome, and belongs to the technical fields of microorganisms as well as environmental governance and restoration. According to the present invention, a strain of Psychrobacter aquimaris A4N01 is screened from marine sediments; the strain can assimilate ammonia nitrogen to synthesize organic nitrogen, and simultaneously convert organic matters and phosphorus. A halophilic nitrogen assimilation microbiome developed by the strain has good nutrient conversion removal capacity and settling performance, has wide tolerance to salinity, and can be used in high-salinity wastewater treatment, saline-alkali soil fertilization, etc., so as to realize recycling of nutrient elements such as nitrogen and phosphorus in high-salinity environments. The method is simple in operation and low in costs and is environmentally friendly, therefore having good practical application value.

  • Publication number: 20210317023
Abstract: The present application discloses a class of aerobic efficient-phosphorus-removal bacteria that enable to biologically self-assemble and synthesize nanoparticles while wastewater treatment, including Shewanella sp. CF8-6, Psychrobacter aquimaris X3-1403, and Erythrobacter citreus X3-1411. The strains in the present application have a high adaptability, which may grow, remove nutrients including phosphorus and synthesize nanoparticles within a broad range of pH values, salinity, temperatures, and nutrition concentrations of wastewater. Particularly, the outstanding performance of phosphorous removal at high-salinity has a high significance in wastewater treatment from seawater utilization such as seawater toilet-flushing to solve the fresh water resource deficiency. Self-flocculation and self-assembly are the important properties of the strains to form biofilms and synthesize calcium phosphate nanoparticles at low-concentrations, while decomposing contaminants in the wastewater.

  • Publication number: 20170238126
Abstract: A sensor (1) for acquiring sensing data in a disconnected state, an intelligent device (2), and a method. The sensor (1) comprises: a sensing module (11), used for detecting sensing data; a sensing data encapsulation module (12), used for encapsulating the sensing data into a valid payload data segment of a connectable non-directional Bluetooth broadcast data packet or a non-connectable non-directional Bluetooth broadcast data packet that conforms to the Bluetooth 4.0 protocol; and a Bluetooth sending module (13), used for broadcasting the connectable non-directional Bluetooth broadcast data packet or the non-connectable non-directional Bluetooth broadcast data packet. The scheme effectively solves the technical problems of low transmission efficiency and poor user experience due to one-by-one connection and data transmission in the prior art.
