Abstract: The application relates to a cushioning and ventilation shoe sole and a shoe comprising it, the cushioning and ventilation shoe sole comprises an outsole and a midsole adhered on the outsole in a shape coupled way, there are outsole grooves in the outsole middle region, a bottom surface of the outsole grooves is lower than the lower surface of the outsole edge region and protrudes downward, a top of the outsole groove is higher than an upper surface of the outsole edge region, an upper surface of the midsole is provided with a midsole ventilation slots, the described midsole ventilation slots are provided with an air vent connected to the outsole groove.

Abstract: A cushioning-boosting shoe sole with enhanced stability, including a midsole, a cushioning-boosting component is sandwiched in middle of the midsole, the cushioning-boosting component is provided with a cavity inside, and a plurality of boosting elements are connected between an upper wall of the cavity and a lower wall of the cavity. The midsole of this application is sandwiched with cushioning-boosting component which has many boosting elements in hollowed out shape, many boosting elements synchronize with elasticity to support the midsole, greatly improving the shock absorption and power assistance performance of the midsole; the material of the cushioning-boosting component is TPU, which has water resistance and corrosion resistance, good structural stability, and long service life; the cushioning-boosting component is formed into an integrated structure, which can be mass-produced, an assembly operation with the shoe sole is simple and convenient, and the production efficiency is high.
