    Abstract: A magnetic device for growing plants has a body, a set of magnetic elements and an actuation mechanism. The body has a space enclosing a base of the plants and allowing the plants to grow out of the space along a vertical axis. The magnetic elements are coupled to the body and surround the space so as to generate an axial magnetic field in the space. The actuation mechanism is coupled to the body so as to rotate the magnetic elements around the space and about the vertical axis. The base of the plants exposed to the rotating magnetic field to enhance growth of the plants.
