    Abstract: The present invention relates to a system for controlling network traffic by monitoring download bandwidth. At the enterprise network side, for the network application with asymmetric bandwidth, such as HTTP, FTP or the like, the behavior of the user in the enterprise to establish connections with the external servers is controlled by gathering and analyzing the download bandwidth between the servers and the network application programs, so as to achieve a reasonable use of the bandwidth. The denied connections of the network application programs are queued, and related queuing information is given to the user. When the connection is allowed to be established, the network application program is automatically connected to the desired server.

    Abstract: A method for forming a Web server cluster and structure thereof. An automatic device is used in present invention to analyze the Web page of an website and then convert it to a distributed Web page tied in with the user's definition, in order to optimize Web resources. Distribution of website loading is thus obtained. The present invention applies an automatic device, a Web translator, to produce a Resource Partition and Location Map. As well, in order to lower the difficulty of implementing dynamic Web pages, a Web converter is applied.

    Abstract: A shaft of eyeglasses includes a front hinge member, a central sleeve member, and an ear piece. The front hinge member includes a front engagement member threadedly secured to an endpiece of the eyeglasses, a rear recessed member, a circular hole inside the rear recessed member, a notch on the periphery of the hole, a slope abutting the inside of the notch, and a projection on the rear end of the hinge member. The central sleeve member includes a first slot, a second slot with the projection received therein, and a protruded peg inserted into the hole. The protruded peg includes a protrusion slidably engaged with the notch, an arcuate groove movably engaged with the slope, a latched member having a tapered end, and an axial slit down the center of the protruded peg. The rear earpiece has a front portion inserted into the sleeve member. The angle of the sleeve member with respect to the hinge member is adjustable.

    Abstract: An angle adjustable device for eyeglasses includes a lens with two side bent protectors formed integral, and two temples combined with the two side bent protectors of the lens. Each end section of the temples has a first T-shaped engage means and a second engage means formed in an inner side surface. Each side bent protector has a curved guide slot and a center hole provided with notches. Then the T-shaped engage means engages the curved guide slot to move therein and the second engage means fits in the center hole with the second engage means functioning as a pivot to let the lens moved up or down to adjust its angle relative to the two temples.
