    Abstract: A carrier-controlled LED light includes at least one LED and a drive unit. The drive unit is coupled to the at least one LED, and receives a carrier light signal to control the at least one LED to proceed to light. The drive unit includes a light control unit and a comparison unit. The light control unit drives a light action of the at least one LED according to a light command content of the carrier light signal. The comparison unit receives a DC working electricity and compares the DC working electricity with a reference voltage value. When a voltage value of the DC working electricity is less than the reference voltage value, the light control unit enters a sleep mode.

When a voltage of the carry light signal is less than a low-level voltage, the LED modules enter a low-power-consumption mode.

Wherein, the video sync information defines a plurality of video frame periods, the PWM control circuit at least divides each of the video frame periods into a first period and a second period, the lengths of the first periods of the video frame periods are equal to one another. The frequency of the PWM control signal in the first periods is different from the frequency of the PWM control signal in the second periods. The backlight driving circuit drives the backlight source of a display panel in accordance with the PWM control signal.

The P-113 peptide fragment has moisture absorption and moisture retention effects, therefore it can be formulated with other ingredients of moisturizing cosmetic products, enhancing the moisturizing effect of other moisturizing ingredients. In addition, the P-113 peptide fragment is capable of inhibiting the production of MMP-9 and thus decreases collagen degradation, thereby achieving the anti-wrinkle and anti-aging effects. The cosmetic disclosed herein comprises not only the peptide, but also active ingredients of cosmetic products and essence liquid formulations.
