  • Publication number: 20100103657
Abstract: An improved custom assembly light-emitting module includes a light-emitting unit and a lens unit. The light-emitting unit has two first retaining structures respectively extended upwards from two opposite lateral sides of the light-emitting unit. The lens unit has a solid lens and two second retaining structures respectively formed on two opposite lateral sides of the solid lens. The lens unit is detachably disposed above the light-emitting unit by matching the two first retaining structures and the two second retaining structures. Hence, the light-emitting unit and the lens unit are changeable according to different requirements of users. In addition, each first retaining structure has a concave retaining portion formed on its outside, and the light-emitting unit is inverted and retained in a hooking unit by the two concave retaining portions mating with the hooking unit.

  • Publication number: 20090182753
Abstract: Technologies are described herein for recording user-driven events within a computing system. An interface is established between a recorder application and an input method editor (“IME”) executing on the computer system. Through the use of the interface, the recorder application can obtain and record data identifying user-driven events that are performed within the IME. An interface is also established between the recorder application and a UI control that does not expose data regarding user-driven events through standard system calls. Through the use of the interface, the recorder application can obtain and record data identifying user-driven events detected at the UI control. The recorder application can also provide data identifying the recorded user-driven events directly to a bug tracking application program for inclusion in a bug database.

  • Publication number: 20070176949
Abstract: Disclosured is a dithering system applied to a multimedia player. The dithering system comprises a pattern generator to generate video data; a processing unit to receive the video data as pre-processed by way of fixed-pattern and output; a timing controller to receive the output video data; and a dynamic index system comprising a pseudo-random generating unit and a dynamic pattern index generating unit, wherein the dynamic index system receives the video data provided by the timing controller, then a substantially random number is generated via the operation of the pseudo-random generating unit, continuously a dynamic pattern index is generated via the operation of the dynamic pattern index generating unit so as to allow the dynamic pattern index be the index of the dithering data.

  • Publication number: 20070120801
Abstract: A method for driving an active matrix display wherein each image frame is divided into a number of displayed frame portions, each of which is followed by a darker frame portion. The image data in the darker frame portion is removed so as to allow the pixel luminance to diminish. The temporal separation between the displayed frame portion and the following darker frame portion is smaller than a frame time. In a display where the lines are driven repetitively for forming the display image in a plurality of frame times, the image data provided to a pixel, after the luminance in that pixel changes from low to high, is adjusted so that the brightness of the pixel in the preceding frame times appear higher or not lower than that in following frames times.

  • Patent number: 5923989
Abstract: A method of fabricating a rugged capacitor structure of high density Dynamic Random Access Memory (DRAM) cells is disclosed. First, MOSFETs, wordlines and bitlines are formed on a semiconductor silicon substrate. Next, a dielectric layer and a doped polysilicon layer are sequentially deposited over the entire silicon substrate. The dielectric layer and doped polysilicon layer are then partially etched to open source contact windows. Then, a polysilicon layer is deposited overlaying the doped polysilicon layer and filling into the source contact windows. Next, the polysilicon layer and doped polysilicon layers are partially etched to define bottom electrodes of the capacitors. Next, tilt angle implantation is performed to implant impurities into top surface and four sidewalls of the polysilicon layer and doped polysilicon layer. Next, a rugged polysilicon layer is deposited overlaying the polysilicon, doped polysilicon and third dielectric layers.
