    Abstract: A display panel and a display device are provided. The display panel has a display region and a non-display region and includes an organic electroluminescence display layer. The organic electroluminescence display layer includes a first electrode, a light-emitting layer, and a second electrode. The light-emitting layer is disposed on a side of the first electrode. The second electrode is located in the display region and disposed on a side of the light-emitting layer away from the first electrode. An area of the second electrode is smaller than that of a layer connected with the second electrode, to allow at least part of external lights to reach the layer connected with the second electrode without being reflected by the second electrode.

    Abstract: A method for making an ordered magnetic alloy includes (a) providing a thermally conductive base having opposite first and second surfaces; (b) forming a thermal barrier layer on the first surface of the thermally conductive base; (c) forming a disordered magnetic alloy layer on the thermal barrier layer, the disordered magnetic alloy layer being made from a disordered alloy which contains a first metal selected from Fe, Co, and Ni, and a second metal selected from Pt and Pd; and (d) after step (c), applying a transient heat to the thermally conductive base to cause rapid thermal expansion of the thermally conductive base, which, in turn, causes generation of an in-plane tensile stress in the disordered magnetic alloy layer.
