  • Patent number: 11942543
Abstract: A high-voltage semiconductor device structure is provided. The high-voltage semiconductor device structure includes a semiconductor substrate, a source ring in the semiconductor substrate, and a drain region in the semiconductor substrate. The high-voltage semiconductor device structure also includes a doped ring surrounding sides and a bottom of the source ring and a well region surrounding sides and bottoms of the drain region and the doped ring. The well region has a conductivity type opposite to that of the doped ring. The high-voltage semiconductor device structure further includes a conductor electrically connected to the drain region and extending over and across a periphery of the well region. In addition, the high-voltage semiconductor device structure includes a shielding element ring between the conductor and the semiconductor substrate. The shielding element ring extends over and across the periphery of the well region.

  • Patent number: 6886731
Abstract: A pneumatic tool includes a barrel having a nose connected to a front end and a handle connected to the barrel. A threaded area is defined in an outer periphery of the barrel and a sealing plate and an end cap are respectively mounted to a rear end of the barrel. The end cap has a first flange extending outward therefrom. A securing member is threadedly connected to the threaded area of the barrel and a second flange extends inward from the securing member. The second flange presses the first flange so as to force the sealing plate onto the rear end of the barrel without using a bolt.

  • Patent number: 6695194
Abstract: A staple gun includes an electro-magnetic valve recevied in a recess in the handle and an opening communicates with the main passage in the handle and the recess. The electro-magnetic valve has a shaft which movably seals the opening. A sensor connected to a distal end of a nose of the staple gun, a circuit board, and the electro-magnetic valve are connection electrically. A button switch, a mold switch, an adjusting pulse switch and a battery set are connected to the circuit board so that the mold switch activates various independent circuits and controls a number of reciprocating movement of the shaft of the electro-magnetic valve.

  • Patent number: 6691907
Abstract: A combination of a safety tube and a trigger assembly of a staple gun. The safety tube is movably connected to a distal end of the nose of the gun and electrically connected to an electromagnetic valve on the handle. The valve has a shaft movably seals an opening in communication with the main passage in the handle. A trigger assembly which is a button electrically connected to the valve. The safety tube is pushed against the object and activates the valve to seal a path which leads pressurized air to a space between the end cap and the end mount assembly, the button is pushed to move the end cap from the open end of the cylinder so as to eject a staple from the nose. The arrangement of the safety tube and trigger assembly allow the staple gun to have more linear and smooth outer contour.

  • Patent number: 6667587
Abstract: A flickering mode control system, for operating a high intensity discharge lamp at a flickering mode, comprises an output power controllable transformer and a flickering control unit. The flickering control unit outputs a power modulation signal to a switch the output power controllable transformer for determining a power of a direct current signal output from the output power controllable transformer. In a relatively dim state of the flickering mode, the high intensity discharge lamp has a low enough illumination, resulting in that it looks like the high intensity discharge lamp is completely extinguished. Actually, the high intensity discharge lamp still remains illuminated even in the relatively dim state of the flickering mode. Therefore, the flickering mode is realized without the use of a hot restike ignitor, thereby increasing a lifetime of the high intensity discharge lamp and its operation safety.

  • Patent number: 6155742
Abstract: A coupling mechanism interconnects a rotatable connecting end of a support on a broaching machine and a bit holder which includes a rotary hollow shaft and a mandrel received in the hollow shaft. The coupling mechanism includes a first coupling member that has a first disk part and a first neck part, and a second coupling member that has a second disk part and a second neck part. The first neck part is connected to the connecting end of the support. The first disk part has a plurality of posts projecting axially from the first disk part opposite to the first neck part. The second neck part extends into the hollow shaft for connection with the mandrel. The second disk part has slide holes which extend axially in the second disk part at locations radially outward of the second neck part so as to receive the posts. The second coupling member is guided by the posts and the slide holes for sliding axially relative to the first coupling member.
