The method includes the step of: reading a product ID of the electronic apparatus when the electronic apparatus is connected to a control apparatus; determining the device type ID from the product ID, wherein the product ID comprises basic information of the electronic apparatus, determining the script files of the functions of the electronic apparatus in the testing table according to the device type ID; obtaining the script files from a data storage and running the script files to test functions of the electronic apparatuses, sending a control instruction to the corresponding measuring device of the function to control the measuring device test the function during the process of running the script files; and displaying test results through a display of the control apparatus.

Abstract: An electronic device and method providing a touch-based interface for a display control is provided. The electronic device includes a display, and a processing unit. The display includes a screen installed with a cursor thereon and a frame attached to the screen. The frame further has a first touch sensitive region and a second touch sensitive region for generating sensing signals in response to an input operation. Each sensing signal is assigned a coordinate for identification. The processing unit identifies the sensing signals according to the coordinates assigned therewith, controls a movement of the cursor displayed on the screen if the identified sensing signals from the first touch sensitive region, and controls a movement of pages displayed on the screen if the identified sensing signals from the second touch sensitive region. The input device has a coordinate output circuit for outputting coordinates corresponding to a movement of the input device and a storage unit for storing information. The method is capable of automatically sending mute frames when there are no sound inputs from terminals of the multi-person communication system. The method includes the steps of: collecting input signals from a microphone; calculating an energy level of the input signals within a present time span; obtaining a maximum amplitude of the input signals within the present time span; sending a mute frame if the energy level and the maximum amplitude of the input signals within the present time span are respectively less than a predetermined energy level and a predetermined amplitude, otherwise, coding the input signals within the present time span; and outputting the mute frame or coded signals.
