Abstract: The present disclosure relates to the technical field of application of bioengineering technology in microbial oil recovery, and discloses a Brevibacillus agri strain and preparation thereof and a method for preparing surfactant, and use thereof. The Brevibacillus agri strain is deposited in the China General Microbiological Culture Collection Center under the accession number CGMCC No. 9983. The Brevibacillus agri and its preparation may effectively enhance the crude oil recovery; the method for preparing the surfactant allow the lipopeptide biosurfactant to have good physical properties, effectively reduce the surface tension, and have good emulsifying performance for petroleum, various hydrocarbons and lipids.

Abstract: A biochemical viscosity reducer for heavy oil and a preparation method thereof. The viscosity reducer includes: Brevibacillus borstelensis-fermented mixed lipopeptide solution: 30 to 60 parts; compound biological enzyme: 15 to 30 parts; plant-based nonionic surfactant: 10 to 20 parts; antibacterial agent: 1 to 5 parts; stabilizer: 1 to 5 parts; and alcohol solvent: 10 to 20 parts; where, the above components are measured by mass. The preparation method includes: step 1: adding 30 to 60 parts of a Brevibacillus borstelensis-fermented mixed lipopeptide solution, 15 to 30 parts of a compound biological enzyme, 10 to 20 parts of a plant-based nonionic surfactant, and 1 to 5 parts of a stabilizer to a reactor; and step 2: adding 1 to 5 parts of an antibacterial agent and an alcohol solvent to the reactor, and stirring a resulting mixture for 60 min to 120 min.

The number of the fixing bracket is even, and the fixing brackets are arranged in symmetry. The hard disk is placed between the elastic support member and one single fixing bracket, which can quickly and conveniently realize the fixing and installation of the hard disk, save a lot of space, and can be arranged in array in the case. The device has high reliability and good shock absorption effects. When the space of the case is limited, the demand of high-density storage configuration can also be achieved.

Thus, various packet data services transmitted over an Internet protocol (IP) network can be intercepted.
