    Abstract: The present application relates to the field of semiconductor manufacturing technologies, and in particular to a method and an apparatus for automatically processing wafers. The method for automatically processing the wafers includes the following steps: providing several wafers, wherein the wafers operate on a primary path, and the primary path is a path for forming semiconductor structures on the surfaces of the wafers; determining whether there is a need for detecting defects of the wafers, and if yes, automatically switching an operating path of the wafers to a secondary path; detecting the defects of the wafers in the secondary path; and determining whether the defect detection on the wafers is finished, and if yes, automatically switching the operating path of the wafers to the primary path. The application makes it possible to automatically detect the defects of the wafers with different SWR conditions, thereby improving the automation degree of machines.

A top wall is formed by the base over the concave. A sidewall is formed between the top wall and the bottom surface of the base and surrounds the concave. A plurality of first locking units extend from the top wall into the receiving concave. The bearing assembly includes an oil sealing cover for sealing the open bottom end of the central tube. The oil sealing cover includes a plurality of second locking units which are detachably interlocked with the first locking units to mount the oil sealing cover to the base.

The base includes a main body (240), a plurality of ribs (242) and a plurality of second locking units (245). Each rib has a fixed end (2421) connected with the main body, and an opposite free end (2422). Each second locking unit is formed at the free end of a corresponding rib. The second locking units are detachably interlocked with the first locking units to mount the base to the bracket thereby to form the fan frame. The bracket and base are formed by materials having different strengths.

The locking washer, the bearing and the shaft cooperatively form an oil reservoir 50 in the top end of the central tube. The porous wick element is received in the oil reservoir and physically contacts with the bearing.
