In an embodiment, the method may include bonding a first terminal and a second terminal of a first substrate to a third terminal and a fourth terminal of a second substrate; separating the first substrate to form a first component device and a second component device; forming a gap fill material over the first component device, the second component device, and the second substrate; forming a conductive via extending from a top surface of the gap fill material to a fifth terminal of the second substrate; and forming a top terminal over a top surface of the first component device, the top terminal connecting the first component device to the fifth terminal of the second substrate through the conductive via.

Abstract: A digital content reordering method and a digital content aggregator are provided, in which a reading behavior log and/or a social behavior log of a user are analyzed to obtain a preference factor of the user regarding digital contents in at least one content stream. The digital content reordering method and the digital content aggregator aggregate the at least one content stream into an aggregated stream and determine the order of the digital contents in the aggregated stream according to a time factor of the digital contents and the preference factor of the user regarding the digital contents. This reordering process allows the user to view the latest, the most related, and the most interesting digital contents first.

The present invention allows various sales methods and licensing methods by using a copyrighted digital content description file, and effectively controls the user's use of the copyrighted digital content.

Abstract: Disclosed is directed to a system and method for presenting mixed media. The system at least comprises location component, time component, and event component. Event component provides specified records or incidents. Location component provides specified places or areas. Time component provides specified time or time intervals. Disclosed embodiments create the multi-dimensional information retrieval, which is useful for user to obtain the relevant location and time while inquiring about a specific interesting event. Disclosed embodiments also present the interaction and relation of multi-dimensional information retrieval.

Abstract: A method and a system for managing distributed storage of digital contents are provided. The method comprises the following steps. First, generate multiple pieces of shared data based on the shared information through a secure dispatching algorithm, wherein the shared information includes a digital content and a license of the digital content. Then, store the shared data in a digital content server and register metadata of the shared data into a directory server. Furthermore, inquire the list of the hosts having the shared data at the directory server. Acquire a part of the shared data according to the host list. And then assemble the part of shared data into the shared information through a secure retrieving algorithm. Control the use of the digital content according to the license. Finally, update metadata of shared data of stored digital contents at the directory server.
