  • Publication number: 20040046730
Abstract: The invention is related to an LCD (Liquid Crystal Display) with a back light source characterized by light source local penetration. There is a reflective layer on the bottom of the LCD. The reflective layer contains some light channels. A micro lens-film is placed between the LCD and the back light source. The micro lens-film contains some light collection sections in such a way that individual light collection sections are opposite individual light channels. The invention has two merits. Firstly, the reflective layer reflects incident daylight greatly so as to help illuminate the LCD. Secondly, the light emitted by the back light source is condensed by the light collection sections before passing through the light channels, so that it helps illuminate the LCD. Not only is the LCD illuminated better, but the images it shows also have better contrast under daylight. Hence, the images displayed on the LCD screens are greatly improved.

  • Patent number: 6161943
Abstract: A working lamp with wire-winding device, including a working lamp, a light shade, a hanging hook body, a wire box and an adjustment ball. The light shade is made of opaque material and fitted on the outer tube. The outer tube with the light shade is passed through the hanging hook body, whereby the working lamp can be conveniently hung or stand in use. The light shade serves to shade the strong light directly projected onto the eyes of a worker. A front, a middle and a rear sections of the working lamp are fitted with collisionproof blocks. A pressing rod and a guide rod are disposed at the wire releasing port of the wire box. The adjustment ball is positioned therebetween. The working lamp is shockproof and collisionproof. When not used, the excessive wire is tidily collected in the wire box and stopped by the adjustment ball with a certain length of wire reserved for the working lamp. The working lamp can be conveniently and mobilely used without occupying much room.

  • Patent number: 6100803
Abstract: An infrared illuminative warning detector including a base seat formed with at least four perforations for two light shades and two detector heads to insert in. A bulb is installed in each light shade. An infrared detector is disposed in each detector head for detecting alien article within a detection range and lighting up the bulb. Each light shade and detector head is disposed with at least one shifting mechanism for freely changing operation position. The light shades and the detector heads on the base seat are able to detect in different directions at the same time to provide a warning and illumination function in the case of intrusion of alien article.

  • Patent number: 5862984
Abstract: An ornamental artificial fountain apparatus according to the invention includes a water basin, in which a peripherally extending annular water pipe with a plurality of nozzles is provided at a decent level. The inclination angles of nozzles are adjustable. Inside the water basin there is installed a guide pole in which a control mechanism is provided to regulate the water stream flowing through the guide pole and its spreading area. A multiple-port joint connects the pump with the annular water pipe and the guide pole by its two side branch pipes. By means of a cock on the multiple-port joint, the water flow entering the annular water pipe and the guide pole can be tuned at will. Moreover, along with the ascent and descent of a canopy of the guide pole as well as nozzles of assorted inclination angles, the apparatus can generate varying water streams and water curtains.
