    Abstract: A method of forming a FinFET is disclosed. The method includes depositing a conductive material across each of a number of adjacent fins, depositing a sacrificial mask over the conductive material, patterning the conductive material with the sacrificial mask to form a plurality of conductive material segments, depositing a sacrificial layer over the sacrificial mask, and patterning the sacrificial layer, where a portion of the patterned sacrificial layer remains over the sacrificial mask, where a portion of the sacrificial mask is exposed, and where the exposed portion of the sacrificial mask extends across each of the adjacent fins. The method also includes removing the portion of the sacrificial layer over the sacrificial mask, after removing the portion of the sacrificial layer over the sacrificial mask, removing the sacrificial mask, epitaxially growing a plurality of source/drain regions from the semiconductor substrate, and electrically connecting the source/drain regions to other devices.

    Abstract: A self-healing conductive structure includes a conductive layer and a self-healing layer on at least one surface of the conductive layer. The self-healing layer includes a substrate and carbon nanotubes in the insulating matrix, the layer having low viscosity at higher temperatures. When there is a crack in the conductive layer, the self-healing layer flows into the crack, and the carbon nanotubes then in the crack are rearranged under an electric field to repair conductivity. Service life of the conductive structure is improved and signals generated by the conductive structure retain integrity. A method for making the self-healing conductive structure is also provided.

The weight detecting module is disposed inside the second accommodating space to measure weights of the bottle and the liquid at different time points and to determine the volume variation of the liquid according to a difference of the weights of the bottle and the liquid at different time points.

The polymer layer is made of a hydrophobic material and is disposed on the second electret. The first perforated electrode is stacked on a first spacer and close to the polymer layer. The first spacer disposed between the diaphragm and the first perforated electrode supports the first perforated electrode over the diaphragm and defines a first chamber. A fabrication method of the electret loudspeaker device is also provided.
